About us
Vita Panacea is a health-tech company focused on one of the biggest unsolved problems in modern medicine: what happens after the prescription. More treatment than ever is delivered at home, yet the infrastructure supporting patients between appointments has barely moved. We're building the category of home medication management, so that the experience around a therapy keeps pace with the science of the therapy itself.
The role
We're looking for a Clinical Engagement Manager to be the bridge between our work and the clinical community. You'll build and hold relationships with clinicians, specialist nurses, pharmacists, and clinical leaders, bring their real-world insight into what we build, and help the healthcare world understand the home-care gap and why it matters.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
It's a role for someone as comfortable in a clinical conversation as a commercial one, who wants to shape a category rather than maintain one.
What you'll do
- Build and hold relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and clinical stakeholders across our priority therapy areas
- Translate frontline clinical insight into clear direction for our product and content
- Represent Vita Panacea credibly in clinical settings, events, and conversations
- Support clinical engagement around pilots and real-world evidence
- Work closely with our founder and team to keep the clinical voice at the centre of what we do
What we're looking for
- A clinical background (nursing, pharmacy, clinical science, or similar), or strong experience working alongside clinicians
- Experience in medtech, digital health, pharma, or a related field
- A real understanding of medication adherence, long-term conditions, or home-based care
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Someone who thrives in an early-stage, fast-moving environment and wants to build something that matters
