Latus Group provide nationwide Occupational Health and Surveillance services to clients across the UK. A fantastic new role has been created to support the Health Surveillance Clinical Lead in the Health Surveillance team. The role will be home-based with an expectation to attend Immingham or Salford Quays office for training.

- Review escalated health surveillance outcomes to determine the next level of referral to our in-house team i.e. Occupational Health Advisors, Physicians, or Audiologist.
- Provide phone support to the technicians for any immediate health escalations when completing fit for work medicals.
- Ensure clinical governance is adhered to.
- Produce management reports if required.
Skills/Experience Required
- Registered NMC nurse
- Occupational Health Qualification either certificate, degree, or diploma is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of health surveillance and the creation of health surveillance programmes is desirable but not essential, as appropriate support and training will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused, telephone-based role.
- Professional telephone manner and assertive influencer.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent computer and organisation skills.
