At Prospect Hospice, every role makes a difference.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional administrator to join us, supporting the governance, quality improvement and patient safety work that underpins exceptional hospice care.

If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, keeping projects on track and making a real difference behind the scenes, this is an opportunity to use your skills where they matter most.

Hours: 15 hours per week (2 days or can be worked flexibly across the week)

About the role

Working closely with our Quality Improvement Lead and the wider patient services leadership team, you'll help coordinate the governance, quality improvement and patient safety activities that support outstanding hospice care.

No two days are the same. One day you could be preparing papers for a clinical governance meeting, the next supporting quality improvement projects, coordinating audits or helping produce reports that influence how we continue to improve patient care.

You'll provide administrative support for a range of important workstreams including:

  • Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement
  • Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF)
  • Safeguarding
  • Infection Prevention and Control
  • Medicines Management
  • Audit and quality reporting
  • CQC improvement planning
  • Policy management and document control

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
