Clinical Governance Coordinator – Band 7
Lead quality. Improve safety. Make a difference.
Are you passionate about improving the quality and safety of patient care? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Governance Coordinator to join our Care Group Governance Team.
Working as part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving quality improvement, patient safety and governance across the Care Group. You'll work in close partnership with our Medical Quality Leads, Matrons, Service Managers, Operations Director, Clinical Director, Nurse Director and Deputy Nurse Director, ensuring governance is embedded in everyday practice and that learning leads to meaningful improvements for patients and staff.
You'll lead on incident and complaint management, risk management, CQC assurance, governance reporting and quality improvement initiatives, using data, insight and collaboration to influence change and improve outcomes across our services.
