To provide effective administrative and coordination support across the Clinical Governance function, enabling the delivery of governance, quality, compliance, and assurance activities. The role contributes to the maintenance of robust governance processes, supports regulatory and organisational requirements, and helps ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality services through effective information management and stakeholder coordination.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application and be currently residing in the UK. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required as part of the recruitment process.

Accountabilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Clinical Governance function, ensuring the effective organisation, prioritisation, and delivery of governance-related activities
  • Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation, ensuring information is managed efficiently, securely, and in line with organisational requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities, supporting the smooth operation of governance processes through effective planning, organisation and follow-up, including diary management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder liaison.
  • Prepare, collate, and manage information, data, and reports, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and timely provision of management information to support decision-making.
  • Support compliance, quality assurance, and assurance activities by maintaining effective administrative processes, tracking actions, and monitoring progress against agreed requirements
  • Provide proactive administrative support across a range of workforce and operational activities, contributing to the effective coordination of resources, schedules, and organisational processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence through effective organisation, problem-solving, collaboration, and the provision of high-quality administrative support to governance and operational functions.

Essential

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to leverage AI-powered tools and automation technologies to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve operational efficiency.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, utilising AI-assisted solutions to support quality assurance, data validation, and error reduction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with experience using AI-enabled features such as Microsoft Co-pilot to improve document creation, data analysis, presentation development, and communication management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines by effectively combining traditional planning techniques with AI-driven productivity and task management tools.
  • Experienced in handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, maintaining compliance with data protection and information governance requirements while using digital and AI technologies responsibly.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilise AI and data visualisation tools to analyse, collate, interpret, and present complex information in a clear, concise, and actionable format for stakeholders and decision-makers.
