Exciting Opportunity for a Clinician to Lead MRI Site Management Team
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated clinician to lead the MRI Site Management team.
The post holder will be a credible and experienced clinical operational leader (Nurse or AHP) who will proactively lead the Site Management team and ensure that utilisation of bed capacity is maximised to deliver safe, effective, patient-focused pathways to underpin the delivery of quality and performance standards.
The post holder will be expected to use and translate real-time data to support the day-to-day operational running of the site and analyse the data to support predictive modelling. The ability to build strong working relationships with senior leaders and clinical colleagues within and external to the Trust will be essential to succeeding in the role.
The post holder will deliver the service in line with the Site Management Policy and other relevant policies/standards (i.e., infection control, repatriation policies). This will also involve ensuring the escalation policy is followed, and establishing clear objectives with a focus on all aspects of performance. The role will also lead business continuity responses in line with agreed EPRR standards for the clinical group should these need implementation.
