Job Introduction

Clinical Home Manager – Exciting Leadership Opportunity

Location: Westgate-on-Sea, Kent

Salary: £75,000 per annum

At Avante Care & Support, we're more than a care provider—we're a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting older people to live well. We proudly provide high-quality nursing, dementia and residential care, supporting over 1,000 people across our homes and community services.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Home Manager (Registered Nurse) to lead our stunning 70-bed purpose-built nursing and dementia home in Westgate-on-Sea, which successfully opened in February. This is an exciting opportunity to build on the strong foundations already in place, drive clinical excellence, inspire your team and shape the home's future.

As the Clinical Home Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding, person-centred care while ensuring the home achieves excellence in quality, compliance, occupancy and team engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
