Who We Are

At 4MD (4md.org), we live and breathe two simple words: Digital Health šŸš€āœØ

Let’s be honest—healthcare tech can sometimes feel like it was built in the 1990s. We’re on a mission to fix that! We build modern, connected digital health systems—from AI medical scribes and smart EHRs to automated billing and clinical integrations—making everyday life vastly easier for doctors, clinics, and medical teams worldwide. šŸ©ŗšŸ¤–

Because our software directly impacts how clinicians work every single day, we need someone who speaks two very different languages fluently: Doctor & Code šŸ—£ļøšŸ’¬

The Role

Are you a clinician who loves technology? Or a health tech expert who gets excited about solving real-world medical workflow headaches?

We’re looking for a Clinical Informatics Specialist in the UK to be the ultimate bridge between our doctors and our software engineering wizards šŸ§™ā€ā™‚ļø. You’ll help us design smooth, friction-free clinical tools, test our AI scribing features, and make sure our platform plays nicely with health data standards.

No rigid bureaucracy here—just a collaborative team building tools that doctors actually enjoy using. šŸŽ‰

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
