We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse / Clinical Lead to join Direct Homecare and provide clinical leadership across our complex care and domiciliary care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across complex care packages.
- Support the Registered Manager with clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Undertake clinical audits and review care documentation, incidents, and risk assessments.
- Assess and maintain staff clinical competencies and support training and development.
- Provide clinical advice and support to care and nursing teams.
- Support incident investigations, safeguarding concerns, and action plans.
- Review and develop care plans, risk assessments, and clinical protocols.
- Liaise with GPs, community teams, specialist nurses, commissioners, and other professionals.
- Promote safe, person-centred, and evidence-based care.

About You
- Current NMC Registered Nurse.
- Experience in complex care, community care, domiciliary care, or a similar setting.
- Strong clinical judgement and understanding of clinical governance.
- Confident supporting staff, completing competencies, and managing clinical risk.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Previous Clinical Lead or senior nursing experience is desirable.
