The Role

As Clinical Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standards of clinical and person-centred care while supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day clinical leadership of the service.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting the nursing and care teams on shift.
  • Delivering exceptional clinical care while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues to support their professional development.
  • Completing clinical assessments, care planning and medication management.
  • Supporting audits, clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Acting as the clinical lead in the Home Manager's absence.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

About You

You'll be a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse with:

  • A valid UK NMC Pin (RGN or RMN).
  • At least 12 months' post-registration experience.
  • Previous leadership or senior nursing experience.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
