Salary: £48,000 – £53,000 per annum, plus car allowance and bonus opportunity
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
At Apollo Home Healthcare, every visit we make is to somebody's home – so getting the care right matters to us, deeply. We're looking for an NMC-registered Clinical Lead who feels the same way: someone with the experience and heart to help our clinical teams deliver safe, compassionate complex clinical care, day in and day out.
You'll be based at one of our branches in Doncaster, Peterborough or Croydon, working closely with our Head of Clinical Services and stepping in for them when needed. It's a role with real influence – over the standards we hold, the people we support, and the nurses and carers who support them.
We welcome applicants from Adult, Paediatric, Learning Disability and Mental Health nursing backgrounds.
About Apollo Home Healthcare:
We deliver high-quality, person-centred complex clinical home healthcare, guided by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment. Every care package we build is shaped around the person receiving it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
