About You and the Role
As the senior clinical leader within Spinal Injuries Association (SIA), the Clinical Lead will provide strategic leadership, professional oversight and clinical governance for SIA's national team of specialist clinicians.
The postholder will be responsible for developing and communicating a compelling vision for the future of SIA's clinical services, ensuring they remain responsive to the needs of people with spinal cord injury whilst supporting the charity's wider strategic ambitions. Working closely with the Head of Services, the Frank Williams Academy and SIA’s Campaigns team, they will lead the evolution of the service to maximise impact, reach and influence.
The Clinical Lead will play a key role in positioning SIA as the expert guiding voice on spinal cord injury, working collaboratively across the organisation and externally with healthcare professionals, NHS bodies, professional associations and other stakeholders. The Clinical Lead will cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance SIA's clinical impact, increase organisational reach and influence, and create opportunities for innovation, collaboration and sustainable service growth.
