Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Holt, Norfolk
Pay rate: £52,500 per annum + Welcome Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Full Time, Days
Careermakers is recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a reputable nursing and residential care home in Holt, Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Registered Nurse with leadership experience to join a supportive care provider committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. As Clinical Lead, you will oversee the clinical team, ensure high standards of nursing practice, and support the delivery of safe, effective care for residents.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Lead:
- Lead, support, and mentor the nursing team to deliver outstanding clinical care
- Ensure residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care at all times
- Complete clinical assessments and make informed nursing decisions
- Monitor clinical standards and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements
- Support audits, care planning, and continuous quality improvement across the service
- Work closely with the management team to promote best practice and maintain excellent clinical outcomes

Requirements as a Clinical Lead:
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Active NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership position
