Clinical Lead - Kirkby in Ashfield
We are looking for a Clinical Lead to join an award-winning care home in Kirkby in Ashfield. This Clinical Lead position comes with an competitive salary of £52,416, excellent training and development opportunities and more excellent benefits.

Duties in this Clinical Lead role:
- Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff.
- Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met.
- Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.

The ideal candidate for this Clinical Lead role will be:
- Must be a qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Have good knowledge and use of clinical care systems and governance.
- Have prior experience at Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead level within a care home.
