Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step into a Clinical Lead position where you'll have the autonomy to shape clinical standards, develop your team and deliver exceptional resident care?

As Clinical Lead, you'll provide clinical leadership across the home, supporting the nursing team while ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care. You'll play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, driving quality improvements and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

As a Clinical Lead, you will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Registered Nurses
  • Oversee clinical governance, audits and quality improvement
  • Ensure safe medication management and best clinical practice
  • Complete assessments, care planning and resident reviews
  • Support safeguarding, complaints and incident management
  • Work closely with GPs, families and multidisciplinary professionals
  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards and drive continuous improvement

About you:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
  • Previous leadership experience within elderly care or a nursing home
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance
  • Confident managing audits, medication and compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of CHC and FNC processes would be advantageous
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care
