Clinical Lead Contract
- £23.96 per hour
- 33.75 hours per week
- Paid PVG, pension, and uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

As Clinical Lead, you will play an important role in helping ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered throughout the home every single day.
Working closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team, you will provide day-to-day clinical leadership while supporting nurses and care teams to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care. From overseeing medication management and supporting care planning to monitoring clinical standards, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring best practice is consistently maintained, your leadership will directly influence the quality of care residents receive.

What Matters Most
- Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC PIN is essential
- Previous nursing experience within a care home or similar healthcare environment is essential
- Strong clinical knowledge with confidence supporting medication management, care planning, and clinical decision-making
- Experience supporting, mentoring, or guiding colleagues within a clinical environment is beneficial
- Good understanding of clinical standards, compliance, and delivering safe person-centred care
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable leadership approach with genuine commitment to exceptional care
