About the Role

As part of our strategic growth plans in Europe, Emerald Clinical Trials is building a network of experienced Clinical Leads / Clinical Trial Managers for upcoming opportunities.

Please note: This is a pipelining advertisement. While active hiring needs may vary, we are eager to connect with talented professionals interested in future opportunities as new studies are awarded.

This home-based position offers the opportunity to oversee global and regional clinical studies, with a strong preference for candidates who bring experience within renal, oncology, cardiometabolic & autoimmune diseases.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day clinical trial operations from start-up through close-out.
  • Manage study timelines, enrolment targets, and operational deliverables.
  • Provide oversight of CRA activities and monitoring quality.
  • Support site feasibility, selection, activation, and performance management.
  • Partner with sponsors, investigators, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure protocol compliance and data quality.
  • Identify operational risks and implement solutions.
  • Deliver study updates and status reports to key stakeholders.
  • Mentor CRAs and study team members.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
  • Prior experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Lead or equivalent.
  • Strong background in monitoring and site management.
  • Working knowledge of European regulatory requirements and ICH-GCP.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across international studies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials is highly preferred.
  • Certification such as ACRP or SOCRA is advantageous.
