About the Role

Are you a community Complex Care Nurse looking to take the next step?

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established, award-winning community complex care provider based in Burton upon Trent. This is an excellent opportunity offering a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, a great work-life balance, and fantastic opportunities for professional development.

As a Complex Care Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality, personalised care packages within the community. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor and develop care teams, and help improve outcomes for adults living with complex health needs. You will be joining a growing, highly regarded provider committed to delivering exceptional standards of care.

As a Complex Care Clinical Lead you will:

  • Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for adults with complex clinical needs
  • Provide clinical leadership, training, and ongoing support to care staff
  • Apply specialist clinical skills, including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and seizure management
  • Collaborate with CHC nurses, commissioners, and the wider multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective care packages
  • Establish positive relationships with service users and their families, ensuring care is tailored to their individual needs

Criteria to apply:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Competent in tracheostomy and ventilator care
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience within community complex care
  • Good understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance, and care quality standards
