An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a specialist complex care provider supporting adults and children with complex healthcare needs across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced healthcare professional who is looking to take ownership of clinical excellence, drive high standards of care, and support the development of frontline care teams.
The role can focus on Adult Complex Care, Paediatric Complex Care, or a combination of both, depending on your background and expertise.
The Opportunity
As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within the community. You'll work closely with care teams, families, Case Managers, and multidisciplinary professionals to support individuals living with complex healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across complex care packages
- Conduct clinical observations, spot checks, audits, and competency assessments
- Support, mentor, and develop carers and support workers
- Deliver specialist clinical training, including:
- Tracheostomy Care
- PEG Feeding
- Suctioning
- Airway Management
- Support the mobilisation and implementation of new care packages
- Build strong relationships with families, Case Managers, MDTs, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance, clinical governance, and exceptional care standards are consistently maintained
About You
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RSCN or equivalent)
- Experience within Complex Care and/or Community Care settings
- Strong clinical expertise in tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, suctioning, and airway management
- Previous experience supervising, coaching, or supporting care staff
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to travel throughout London, with occasional travel outside the region
