Salary: up to £54,500 per annum

Qualification: RGN Required – Active NMC Pin Essential

Please note this role cannot offer sponsorship.

Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected provider of elderly care, who are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join their team in Hailsham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience to take a senior, visible and hands-on role within a well-established elderly nursing home.

The home provides nursing and residential care for older people and is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to support the nursing and care teams, maintain high clinical standards and contribute to the continued development of the service.

The role would suit an experienced Clinical Lead who has previously worked within a larger nursing home environment, ideally within a service of 60+ beds. Candidates with previous Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or Clinical Lead experience will be considered where they can demonstrate strong clinical leadership and a genuine passion for high-quality elderly care.

The Role

You will provide senior clinical leadership across the service, working closely with the wider management team to maintain high standards of care and support the continued development of the home.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
