Job Overview
As a Clinical Lead you will have the opportunity to shape the future of your speciality, influence strategic decisions, and lead a high performing team in delivering outstanding care to our patients.
The Clinical Lead role bridges clinical practice and hospital operations by providing specialty-specific leadership and expert advice to managers and senior leaders. You will be responsible for coordinating your department’s clinical, educational, professional and strategic activities, maintaining oversight of quality and safety, and supporting the ongoing development of medical colleagues. You will also provide visible leadership to the West Essex clinical community to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes and reduce health inequalities.
