Chichester & Bognor Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams
£49,387 – £56,515 per annum (pro rata)
37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Compressed hours considered

The role
As Clinical Lead, you'll provide both clinical and managerial leadership while ensuring people with the most complex needs receive coordinated, person-centred care throughout their journey.

You'll:
- Lead complex assessments and oversee care for patients with the highest clinical needs
- Coordinate smooth transitions between inpatient, community and partner services
- Support safe, timely hospital discharges and recovery in the least restrictive setting
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families and partner organisations
- Supervise and support junior colleagues as part of the leadership team
- Help shape the future of integrated community mental health services

The Chichester and Bognor Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams work closely with acute services, primary care and third-sector partners to deliver joined-up, recovery-focused care.

What we're looking for

We're seeking an experienced clinician who has:
- Registration as a Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker
- Significant experience within mental health services
- Experience supervising and supporting colleagues
- Strong leadership, communication and clinical decision-making skills
- A passion for collaborative, recovery-focused care and service improvement
