Description
We’re working on behalf of a client who are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to support adults and children with complex mental health and learning disability needs. As the Clinical Lead, you’ll oversee clinical governance, ensure safe practice, and deliver person‑centred care across community packages.
Role Overview – Clinical Lead
- Lead clinical governance and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and Fundamental Regulations
- Oversee risk assessments, safeguarding, and medication safety
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and competency checks
- Complete advanced clinical assessments and implement care plans
- Maintain audit cycles and inspection readiness
- Support safe delivery of bespoke care packages
- Ensure staff practice meets MH and LD clinical requirements

Key Responsibilities – Clinical Lead
- Deliver safe, effective, responsive care

Requirements
Requirements – Clinical Lead
- Active NMC registration (RMN or RNLD)
- Strong background in mental health, learning disabilities, or complex care
- Experience in clinical governance and CQC compliance
- Confident in leading teams and supervising clinical practice
- Skilled in risk assessment and person‑centred planning
