Clinical Lead – Specialist SEMH School
HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
£50,000 to £60,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Term-Time only and Full Time (52 weeks) contracts both available

Overview:
Compass Associates is excited to be collaborating alongside a renowned Children’s Care and Specialist Education provider. They have a portfolio of Residential Services, Specialist Schools, and Activity Centres for children and young people with Autism and complex needs such as Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.
Together, we are looking for an OT qualified Clinical Lead to oversee their established clinical team at a Specialist SEMH School in Southampton, Hampshire. While leading the clinical team, you have the opportunity to maintain a small personal caseload, with your main focus being instilling clinical excellence at the school. This will be driven by your staff training and clinical consultation, and ensuring clear outcome goals in line with EHCP targets.

Work Pattern:
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Term-time only (41 weeks) OR standard 52-week per year permanent contract.
Location:
This specialist school is located near Southampton, and is commutable from Marchwood, Hythe, Ringwood, Bournemouth, Salisbury, Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke, Petersfield, Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Eastleigh, and other surrounding towns and villages.
Criteria:
- HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience of providing therapy to children and young people
- Clinical supervision experience
Interview Process:
This will be a two-stage process, including a formal virtual interview, as well as an on-site visit to be introduced to the team and environment.
Salary and Benefits:
This Clinical Lead role is paying up to £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, pro-rata, depending on experience and qualifications, and includes an industry-leading benefit package:
