About the Role

Come and join one of the UK’s largest independent providers in neuro and mental healthcare. We proudly employ over 4000+ people - no matter what your experience, we have jobs for everyone.

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with specialist neurological rehabilitation experience looking for the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and developing a brand-new specialist rehabilitation service?

About the Service

Active Neuro Manchester is an exciting new specialist rehabilitation service preparing to open, providing rehabilitation for people with neurological conditions, spinal injuries and polytrauma.

About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join us at this formative stage and play a pivotal role in establishing the occupational therapy service, supporting the development of the wider clinical team and helping to embed a culture of high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation from the outset.

This is a unique opportunity to help build a clinical service rather than inherit one. Working closely with our wider clinical and operational leadership teams, you will help shape the occupational therapy provision at Active Neuro Manchester, contributing to service development, clinical pathways, quality improvement and the delivery of excellent outcomes for our clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
