Are you an experienced paediatric physiotherapy leader ready to shape the future of children's services within one of the UK's leading healthcare organisations?

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Lead of Paediatric Physiotherapy to provide strategic, professional and operational leadership for our hospital-based paediatric physiotherapy services at Evelina Children's Hospital.

Role Overview

Leading a highly skilled physiotherapy workforce, you will drive excellence across inpatient, outpatient and specialist services. You will play a key role in service development, quality improvement, workforce leadership and innovation, ensuring the highest standards of care for children, young people and their families.

Job Description

As Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, you will provide strategic, operational and professional leadership for paediatric physiotherapy services across Evelina London Children's Hospital. Leading a large and diverse team of physiotherapists, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care while driving service improvement, innovation and transformation. You will work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, senior leaders and professional networks to shape and develop services that meet the needs of children, young people and their families.
