Are You an Experienced Physiotherapist with Specialist Neurological Rehabilitation Experience?

Are you looking for the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and developing a brand-new specialist rehabilitation service?

About Active Neuro Manchester

Active Neuro Manchester is an exciting new specialist rehabilitation service preparing to open, providing rehabilitation for people with neurological conditions, spinal injuries, and polytrauma. We are looking for a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join us at this formative stage and play a pivotal role in establishing the physiotherapy service, supporting the development of the wider clinical team, and helping to embed a culture of high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation from the outset.

Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to help build a clinical service rather than inherit one. Working closely with our wider clinical and operational leadership teams, you will help shape the physiotherapy provision at Active Neuro Manchester, contributing to service development, clinical pathways, quality improvement, and the delivery of excellent outcomes for our clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
