Do you want to join a growing practice that you can really help shape and take to even greater heights paying up to £75,000 for a Clinical Lead (FTE, DOE)
We are a practice that truly support and helps develop its team and we are looking for an experienced vet to join us!
This is a rare opportunity for a clinical lead to join the practice
- You will be supported by an exceptional clinical team Alison our Practice Manager and RVN, our HRVN and a further 3 RVNs and 3 CCAs receptionists ensuring that you have everything you need to provide top quality care to the local community and their pets!
- This will be the perfect role for someone that is a good all-rounder but looking for that next career step
- You will get the opportunity to guide and mentor junior members of the team and help to ensure clinical standards remain high
Ideally, we are looking 40 hours per week, but we know this does not suit everyone so we are happy to look at what will support your lifestyle
To promote that work life balance, we share set days off amongst the vets but again there is flexibility here
- Saturdays are worked on a 1 in 4 basis with the practice only opening 9am to 1pm, with no Sundays or OOH
- This role will involve sole charge
