Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their established and supportive veterinary team in Solihull.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to take the next step in their career, with responsibility for clinical leadership, governance, and supporting the development of the wider veterinary team.

The Role

As Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon, You Will

  • Provide clinical leadership across the practice.
  • Manage and support the Veterinary Surgeon team.
  • Take responsibility for clinical governance and maintaining high clinical standards.
  • Support the development and progression of the veterinary team.
  • Deliver exceptional veterinary care to both internal and external patients.
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager and nursing team to drive continuous improvement.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong clinical experience as a Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Previous leadership or management experience.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding clinical standards.
  • Experience of, or an appreciation for, working within a charity or welfare-focused environment would be advantageous.
  • A certificate, or aspirations to undertake one, would be welcomed but is not essential.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing colleagues.
