I have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Logistics Associate to join a major Biopharmaceutical company in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all transport legs for investigational product, including courier, customs, and broker interactions
  • Manage international biologic shipments in line with IATA and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain full chain of identity and chain of custody for patient-specific therapies
  • Align logistics planning with study enrolment and treatment scheduling
  • Work closely with clinical sites, medical personnel, CROs, and internal study teams
  • Actively contribute to clinical trial study team meetings
  • Track and document all logistics activity using databases and spreadsheets
  • Use vendor and supplier systems to place and manage shipment orders
  • Support backup studies where required
  • Deliver training at study meetings when needed
  • Travel occasionally if required

Ideal Background

  • 2+ years in clinical logistics, clinical supply, or biologic transport
  • Experience with investigational product handling
  • Familiarity with GCP and international shipping of biologic material
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
