Role Overview
Are you passionate about shaping innovative mental health services and driving real change? We’re seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our Early Intervention in Psychosis and Individual Placement Support Services within our Trust.
As the clinical and operational lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality adult community mental health care. You’ll take full ownership of your teams’ performance and ensure every service user receives exceptional care rooted in clinical excellence and compassion.

Responsibilities
To provide clinical leadership and operational management to Adult Community Mental Health services, within the Trust. To be accountable for the direct delivery of adult community mental health services across defined areas of responsibility.

The post holder will ensure delivery of high standards of care, clinical governance arrangements and a commitment to improving the quality agenda and contribute to the care trust agenda as a member of the management team. To contribute, as part of the management team, to the Trust’s strategic agenda and business planning systems for own area of responsibility.
The post holder is expected to work within organisational and other national and local policies to interpret and embed these within their work area and to be accountable for service development and its practical implementation. The post holder may be required to deputise for their line manager or provide cover for a peer colleague, as required.
In addition the post holder will be expected to support the implementation of various projects and new initiatives as they arise.
