Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Clinical Manager to join our dedicated community services team. This is a rewarding leadership role where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to patient care, service delivery, and staff development.
Role Overview
As a Clinical Manager, you will provide visible leadership and operational oversight, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will support staff, drive service improvements, and help shape the future of community healthcare services.
Key Details
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Location: Calderdale & Huddersfield Trust Community Healthcare Division
- Division: Calderdale Community Healthcare Division covers five locality Hubs each with a clinical Manager lead.

About Us
We employ more than 6,500 staff who deliver compassionate care from our two main hospitals, Calderdale Royal Hospital and Huddersfield Royal Infirmary as well as in community sites, health centres and in patients’ homes. We also are incredibly proud to have almost 150 volunteers here at CHFT.
