Clinical Negligence NQ Solicitor | London | Legal 500 Firm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-established Legal 500 firm in London.

This is an opportunity to become part of a highly regarded team with an outstanding reputation for claimant clinical negligence work. The firm is recognised for handling complex, high-value cases and is committed to providing junior solicitors with the support and experience needed to build a successful career within the specialism.

Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you'll assist on a broad range of clinical negligence matters while gradually developing your own caseload. The work is varied and includes complex birth injury claims, delayed diagnosis, surgical negligence, fatal claims and other high-value, multi-track matters.

The Role

You'll be involved in:

  • Supporting senior fee earners on complex and high-value claims
  • Managing your own files with appropriate supervision
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and defendants
  • Attending conferences and court where appropriate

About You

The successful candidate will:

  • Be Newly Qualified or due to qualify shortly
  • Have completed a seat in Clinical Negligence during their training contract
  • Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
  • Have strong drafting and organisational abilities
  • Be keen to develop within a specialist claimant practice
