Job Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor (3+ PQE)
Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
The Opportunity
This established and successful law firm has been serving clients across the North West for decades, with eight offices located throughout the region. We are Lexcel accredited and proud of our reputation for delivering high-quality legal services with a personal approach.
They are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (minimum 3 years' PQE) to join their growing Clinical Negligence Department based in the Middleton office.

The Role
You will manage your own varied clinical negligence caseload, acting for clients in claims involving:

You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, guiding clients through the litigation process, and delivering the high standard of client care that Russell & Russell is known for.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in Clinical Negligence
- Strong litigation experience
- Experience managing a varied caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent IT and keyboard skills
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy team
Experience using the Proclaim Case Management System would be advantageous but is not essential.
