Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Leeds - Up to £80,000 + Benefits + Bonus

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded Legal 500 practice based in Leeds as its Clinical Negligence department continues to grow. The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to manage a strong pipeline of quality cases from inception through to conclusion.

You'll be joining a team of dedicated specialists known for delivering outstanding client care and excellent results, with the opportunity to make a real impact within a respected and expanding practice.

The Role:

  • Handle a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from start to finish
  • Investigate and litigate multi-track matters
  • Progress cases efficiently while maintaining high service standards
  • Draft key legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism
  • Work on high-value claims including birth injury, brain injury and spinal injury matters (where applicable)
  • Meet KPIs and contribute to team success

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Experience managing your own Clinical Negligence caseload
  • Litigation experience essential
  • Strong drafting and file management skills
  • Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Organised with strong time management ability
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
