Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Swansea | Hybrid Working | 0-2 Years PQE | £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Are you a newly qualified or junior solicitor looking to build your career in Clinical Negligence while benefiting from the flexibility of hybrid working?
Yolk Recruitment is working with a leading South Wales law firm that is continuing to invest in the growth of its highly respected Clinical Negligence team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a supportive, specialist department where you'll receive excellent mentoring, manage your own caseload, gain exposure to complex, high-value claims, and enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced Clinical Negligence specialists, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters with appropriate supervision.
- Assist on complex and high-value claims.
- Build strong relationships with clients, medical experts, and counsel.
- Draft legal documents and prepare cases through to settlement or trial where appropriate.
- Deliver clear, empathetic advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
- Play a key role in the continued growth of an expanding specialist team.

About You
We're keen to speak with solicitors who have:
- Qualified as a Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE.
- Experience in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, or Civil Litigation, either post-qualification or gained during training.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong drafting ability and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A genuine passion for helping clients through difficult circumstances.
