Clinical Negligence - Solicitor - Cardiff - Hybrid - Salary up to £60,000
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the expanding Clinical Negligence team of a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Cardiff.
This is an exciting time to join a successful and growing department with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding client outcomes. You'll play a key role in handling a varied and challenging caseload, managing claims from initial instruction through to resolution, while providing expert support and guidance to clients during what are often life-changing circumstances.
The successful candidate will take ownership of fast and intermediate track matters, overseeing every stage of the process, including pre-action investigations, litigation, and settlement negotiations. Working alongside a respected team of specialists, you will have the opportunity to further develop your expertise while making a genuine difference to clients' lives.

The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Clinical Negligence
- Proven ability to manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims independently
- Litigation experience desirable, with knowledge of the Damages Claims Portal (DCP)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and professional approach to case management
