Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 2+ PQE, Essex, competitive salary.

The Role

Handle a mix of litigated and non-litigated matters, working closely with an experienced, reputable, and supportive team. You will deal with a mid-high value/complex claims caseload, including matters such as birth injuries, hospital negligence, dental negligence, misdiagnosis, GP negligence, and surgical errors.

The Candidate

The suitable Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with clinical negligence matters on behalf of claimants. Experience of seeing a case through to trial or settlement post exchange of expert evidence. An established record of exceptional client care and be comfortable in understanding clients' needs and dealing with often sensitive injury issues. Self-motivation and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
