Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Fee Earner Location: Oldham Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday Hybrid: 2 days from home, 3 days in office

We are working with a well-established regional law firm in Oldham that is looking to strengthen its established Clinical Negligence team with an experienced Fee Earner.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to handle quality claimant Clinical Negligence work within an experienced, close-knit team, with genuine opportunities for progression.

The Role

You will inherit an established caseload of approximately 40–50 Clinical Negligence matters, managing files from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. The caseload includes:

  • Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis
  • Surgical and hospital negligence
  • Birth and spinal injury claims
  • Cancer and GP negligence

You will also assist with new enquiries through the department's intake rota.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience independently managing a Clinical Negligence caseload
  • Be confident running matters from inception through to conclusion
  • Have strong client care and communication skills
  • Be able to work effectively as part of an established team
