About The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Clinical Nurse Consultant to become part of our dedicated team.
The Clinical Nurse Consultant is a key leader within the Residential Aged Care team, responsible for the supervision and provision of clinical care, meeting the clinical and personal needs of residents, as well as providing direction and supervision to Registered, Enrolled Nurses, and Assistants in Nursing. The approach to care is holistic, considering the physical, social, and spiritual needs of each resident.
This role requires availability Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM with on-call work as required.

Your Day-to-day Will Involve
- Providing expert clinical advice to healthcare professionals
- Developing and implementing clinical guidelines and policies
- Conducting clinical research and quality improvement projects
- Educating and training healthcare staff on best practices
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Managing complex patient cases
About You
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Strong clinical background including demonstrated experience in Aged Care
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with AN-ACC and palliative care
- Demonstrated ability in problem resolution and decision making that maintains quality customer focused services delivery
- Understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation and Audit processes
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
