Hours: 44.25 hours per week onsite

Fairlie House is looking for an exceptional Clinical Nurse Manager to join our dedicated team and play a key leadership role in delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional who is passionate about clinical excellence, compassionate leadership and developing high-performing teams.
What You'll Be Doing
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will provide strong clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality care.
You will:
- Lead, support and inspire the clinical team
- Ensure consistently high standards of patient care and clinical practice
- Promote a positive culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the ward
- Support staff development, supervision and performance
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory and organisational standards
- Promote a safe, compassionate and person-centred environment
- Act as a positive role model and champion of best practice
