A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Children’s Nurse to join the Nottingham Children’s Complex Nutrition Team on a 12-month maternity cover secondment or fixed term contract.

You will become part of a skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to children and young people with complex nutritional needs. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

As a key member of the Complex Nutrition Team, you will:

  • Provide specialist nursing care to children requiring complex nutritional support
  • Work across inpatient and outpatient settings within the hospital
  • Liaise closely with families, offering guidance, education, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with the wider MDT to ensure safe, effective, and holistic care
  • Contribute to care planning, clinical reviews, and service development
