Are you passionate about supporting individuals and couples through their reproductive medicine journey? Join our expert multidisciplinary team and play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care within reproductive healthcare. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will manage your own caseload, run nurse-led clinics, and provide specialist guidance on fertility assessment, treatment pathways, and reproductive health options.
You will be integral to the coordination and delivery of patient-centred care, working closely with consultants, allied health professionals, and primary care teams to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes and patient experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with service development and innovation - helping to shape reproductive medicine services, contribute to research and audit, and support education for both patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Reproductive Medicine, working closely with Consultant Specialists, you will:
- Lead patient management for individuals and couples undergoing fertility care.
- Combine counselling on treatment options, including assisted conception and fertility preservation, with coordination of complex care pathways and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Manage a patient caseload, ensure timely investigations and treatment cycles, while supporting patients throughout their fertility journey.
Requirements
- Strong communication, organisational skills, and clinical expertise are essential.
- Ability to work across teams and provide compassionate, patient-centred care.
