Clinical Nurse Specialist
Peterborough
Up to £45,000 + Bonus

As Clinical Nurse Specialist, you'll take clinical ownership of complex care caseloads and play a key role in shaping safe, effective, compassionate care - with real flexibility and no shift work.
Location: Peterborough (with travel across the East region)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum plus bonus
Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday. No shifts, No nights, No On-call, No weekend working!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Taking clinical ownership of complex (including occasional paediatric) care caseloads
- Creating, managing and reviewing bespoke care plans
- Leading clinical training for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers
- Reviewing clinical documentation (MAR charts, care records)
- Ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality care in line with national standards
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
What You'll Bring:
- Valid NMC Pin plus 2 years' post-qualification experience
- Skills in airway management, tracheostomy care, and suctioning
- Ventilation management (invasive and non-invasive)
- Enteral feeding experience (PEG / JEJ / NG)
- Ideally 12 months' community nursing experience
- Full UK driving licence plus own vehicle
