Role Description

The Clinical Nutrition Specialist | Senior Dietician will provide evidence-based nutritional counseling and medical nutrition therapy to clients across diverse geographies via virtual consultations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed nutritional assessments
  • Developing individualized nutrition care plans
  • Monitoring progress
  • Adjusting interventions to support outcomes in areas such as weight management, chronic disease, and preventive health

  • Documenting care in digital systems
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

This is a part-time, remote role that requires comfort with telehealth platforms and flexible scheduling to serve a global client base.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply current clinical guidelines to diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including motivational interviewing and culturally sensitive communication.
  • Experience delivering Medical Nutrition Therapy for conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other chronic illnesses.
  • Competence in Weight Management, including designing sustainable meal plans and behavior-change strategies.
  • Relevant degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field; professional registration or licensure (e.g., RD/RDN or country-equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience with telehealth or remote care delivery and comfort using digital health platforms and electronic documentation.
  • Ability to interpret lab results and clinical data to inform nutrition interventions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, a client-centered approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Prior experience in corporate wellness, chronic care programs, or insurance-linked health services is an advantage.
