Clinical Operational Lead - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: Up to £60,000.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)
Circle Integrated Care is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
We have an opportunity for a Clinical Operational Lead to join their team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties Of This Role Include
- Maintain an advanced clinical caseload across virtual and face-to-face settings, providing expert assessment, diagnosis and management of complex MSK conditions.
- Act as a senior clinical decision-maker, supporting clinicians with complex patient management and pathway decisions.
- Support the day-to-day operational management of clinical services to ensure effective service delivery and achievement of operational objectives.
- Utilise Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and operational reporting tools to monitor service performance and identify trends.
- Act as a point of contact for Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) issues, complaints and patient concerns.
- Support service redesign, pathway development and transformation programmes to improve patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.

Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
- Registered healthcare professional with current professional registration (HCPC, NMC or equivalent).
- Strong Musculoskeletal (MSK) clinical background with advanced clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Significant experience in clinical service delivery within a healthcare environment.
- Experience in operational leadership, service management or team leadership.
- Strong understanding of patient pathways, referral management and Referral to Treatment (RTT) standards.
- Experience using clinical systems such as SystmOne, EMIS, eRS or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret, analyse and act upon service performance data.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
