Clinical Operations Administrator / CTA

Im partnering exclusively with a growing biotech in the UK to hire a Clinical Operations Administrator / CTA into their clinical operations team. The team is expanding and meeting in person far more often, and they need someone organised and proactive to keep things running smoothly. Its a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow into clinical operations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Organising team meetings and events across the group, including venues, rooms and logistics
  • Preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
  • Supporting the TMF and a TMF migration project
  • Managing training records and general study admin
  • Supporting vendor management and sample tracking
  • Reviewing documents, reconciliation tasks and office admin
  • Providing dedicated support to a senior member of the clinical team
