- Build and maintain trust as a reliable resource for behavioral health care in your community.
- Collaborate with treatment teams to provide comprehensive care coordination.
- Identify market strategies and deepen professional relationships to expand Newport Healthcare's reach.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to uncover needs and create impactful partnerships.
- Plan and execute engaging presentations tailored to your audience.
- Respond promptly to service inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and support for families.
- Participate in team calls and field rides, sharing insights and strategies for success.

Essential Duties:
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual performance objectives for your target market.
- Document meaningful activities in our contact database to track progress.
- Plan and attend facility tours, professional weekends, and networking events to showcase Newport Healthcare.
- Manage expenses and assist with client assessments (if licensed).

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or closely related field OR minimum two (2) years of direct experience in a behavioral health setting/pharmaceutical sales.
- Experience with communication principles, practices, and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment.
- Extensive experience in creating, maintaining, and delivering marketing strategies to meet objectives.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
This position pays $100K - 118K/YR., DOE Newport Healthcare – Where Every Voice Matters!
