About myota
At myota, we’re transforming gut health through clinically proven prebiotic fibre products.
Founded by world-leading microbiome scientists and experienced operators, and backed by some of Europe’s top VCs, myota is pioneering a new era of evidence-based gut health. Our products are clinically effective, patented, and built on groundbreaking research from MIT.
With over 65,000 customers, growing adoption among doctors, dietitians and nutritionists, and a clinical research programme spanning the NHS and leading universities, we’re already making a meaningful difference. Now, we’re building the #1 direct-to-consumer gut health brand.
You’ll join a small, high-impact team working to prevent and reverse the chronic disease burden linked to poor gut health. We’re here to extend healthy lifespans, one gut at a time.
The role
We’re looking for a Clinical Partnerships Manager to build and run myota’s practitioner channel: the network of health and wellness professionals who recommend myota to the people they look after.
This is a role for someone with real scientific understanding who wants to use it commercially, helping dietitians, nutritionists, gastroenterologists, personal trainers and clinics understand fibre and the microbiome well enough to recommend myota with confidence.
Practitioners are some of the most trusted voices in health. When a dietitian suggests something to a client, or a PT builds it into a programme, it carries a weight no ad can match. Done well, this channel grows through credibility, not discounts.
Why now?
Practitioners already recommend myota. Dietitians, nutritionists and clinicians get in touch every week asking for practitioner pricing, samples, resources or ways to partner with us.
That interest has grown organically. With a dedicated owner, it can become a structured programme and one of myota’s most important growth channels. We have the ingredients: clinically proven products, a Clinical team that practitioners respect, and a category where trust matters more than almost anywhere else.
We need someone to build the network, set up the programme and prove how far the channel can go.
What you’ll own
You’ll own the practitioner and clinical partnerships channel end to end, across three connected areas.
The Practitioner Network (the heart of the role)
- Recruiting dietitians, nutritionists, nutritional therapists, gastroenterologists (NHS and private), GPs and personal trainers
- Designing and running the programme: onboarding, welcome packs, practitioner pricing and client discount codes
- Building a tiered structure with referral incentives and revenue share for the most engaged members
- Running a practitioner newsletter and building a community or resource hub
- Translating myota’s science into practical, clinic-ready materials
Clinical and wellness partnerships
- Building partnerships with private hospital groups, clinics, gyms, health clubs and spas
- Shaping each partnership, from referral and recommendation to stocking and co-created content
- Managing these relationships so they keep delivering after launch

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Practitioner-led content
- Sourcing expert quotes, case studies, Q&As, webinars and practitioner perspectives from the network
- Working with Content and Performance to use that material across web, social, lifecycle and paid
- Representing the practitioner channel on the myota science portal, alongside our R&D team
Across all three, you’ll own the reporting: who is in the network, how active they are, and what the channel delivers.
What this is not
- Not a sales role. There will be commercial targets, but practitioners recommend what they understand and believe in, not what they’ve been pitched.
- Not a B2B ingredients role. Our B2B team works with brands that use our fibre blends in their products. This role focuses on professionals who recommend myota to consumers.
- Not a research role. You’ll help practitioners use the evidence, not produce it. R&D leads research, and our Clinical team has the final say on claims.
- Not an influencer role. We’re building a network of credible professionals, not paying for reach.
The way you’ll work
You’ll report to our Chief Growth Officer and work closely with our Clinical and R&D teams on everything scientific: the evidence, the claims and how we talk to clinical audiences. You’ll also work day to day with Content, Lifecycle, Customer Experience and B2B.
This is a builder role, with the freedom to decide how things get set up. You might spend a morning with a gastroenterologist, an afternoon designing a referral tier, and the next day writing a newsletter or pitching a private clinic group.
We’re proud to have scientists in commercial roles. If you join with a research background, we’ll feature you on the myota science portal as the person practitioners and partners come to first.
AI-native ways of working
We’re building myota as an AI-enabled company from the ground up. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should naturally ask: “How could this scale without me doing it by hand every time?”
That could mean using AI to summarise new research for a newsletter, track network activity, draft partnership proposals, turn a webinar into several pieces of content, or build a knowledge base for practitioners’ common questions.
We’re looking for someone who builds a programme that gets stronger as it grows, not someone who manages relationships one inbox at a time.
What success looks like
In your first 3–6 months, you will have:
- Brought myota’s existing practitioner relationships into one programme
- Launched the Practitioner Network with onboarding, pricing, client codes and a welcome pack
- Launched a tiered referral and reward structure
- Grown an active network of practitioners who regularly recommend myota
- Launched a practitioner newsletter and the first version of a community or resource hub
- Opened conversations with clinics, hospital groups, gyms and spas, and signed the first partnerships
- Produced a steady flow of practitioner content for our channels
- Built clear reporting on network growth, activity, revenue and customers

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Success doesn’t mean signing up as many practitioners as possible. It means proving practitioners can be a meaningful, repeatable source of trusted growth, and building the programme that lets it scale.
About you
You might currently be:
- A recent PhD or MSc graduate in microbiology, nutrition, gastroenterology, dietetics or a related life science, with 1–3 years’ industry experience
- A registered dietitian or nutritionist moving into a commercial role
- A medical science liaison, scientific affairs or professional education specialist
- A partnerships, community or channel manager in health and wellness with a strong science background
You understand the gut microbiome and fibre well enough to hold your own with a gastroenterologist, and can explain it simply enough for a PT to pass on to a client.
You want your knowledge to reach people and make a measurable difference, not stay in a paper or a lab. You’re comfortable with a blank page, and you’d rather prove an idea than wait for permission. And you care about doing it properly: accurate claims, honest relationships and recommendations that actually help people.
What we’re looking for
- A PhD or MSc in a relevant life science, or a qualification such as registered dietitian or nutritionist
- A strong grasp of gut microbiome, fibre and digestive health research
- The ability to translate complex science into clear, practical guidance
- Confidence building relationships with clinicians and representing a brand to them
- Commercial instinct: you think about what drives growth, not just what’s interesting
- Excellent writing, for newsletters, resources and proposals
- Strong organisation across a programme with many members and moving parts
- Good judgement on claims, evidence and credibility
- A systems mindset: you build programmes that scale
- Curiosity about AI and automation, and comfort in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Nice to have
- Experience in health, nutrition, supplements or consumer healthcare
- Experience running a practitioner, ambassador, affiliate or referral programme
- An existing network among dietitians, nutritionists, gastroenterologists or fitness professionals
- Partnerships experience in private healthcare, fitness or wellness
- Experience creating educational content, webinars or CPD material for health professionals
- Experience with community platforms, CRM tools or Shopify
