Advo Health Clinical Performance Lead

Advo Health is the largest and leading subcontractor in government health assessments. Carried out by our community of experienced healthcare professionals throughout the UK, these independent assessments help the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to understand how a health condition or disability is affecting a claimants daily life. This ensures that the system is fair and that those who are most in need of help and support receive it.

You will also maintain approval status by conducting a sufficient volume of clinical assessments to stay proficient and serve as a role model for your team.

You will work closely with the Advo management team, engaging with both operational and clinical specialists, as well as broader stakeholders. This includes driving clinical excellence, supporting your colleagues, and ensuring that quality and performance targets are consistently met. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
